ORDERS

(1) Must I place an order online or can I call you to order?

We encourage all orders to be made through The Shop. But if you can't find what you are looking for, just drop us a message on the Contact Us page and one of our WhichKrafters will get back to you.

(2) I have an event. Can I call you to discuss?

Yes, you can! You can reach us at +6012-8072131. We do apologize if our line is busy or if we miss your call. Drop us a WhatsApp and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

(3) How early must I place an order?

All orders may be placed as late as 24hours before your specified Delivery / Pick-up time. If you would like to place a last minute order please contact us at +6012-8072131 and we will attend to you as soon as possible. We do not guarantee last minute orders but we will do our very best to meet your request! 

(4) Can I change my order?

You will need to contact us at +6012-8072131 to change an order. However, if your order has already been prepared, you will not be able to change it.


DELIVERY

(1) How much is delivery?

This is calculated based on your area. Once you key in the delivery address at the Checkout page, the delivery fee will appear in your Order Summary.

(2) Can I pick up my order from you?

Yes you can. At the checkout click on “self pickup” and we will provide you with the address.

(3) Do you do same day deliveries?

We do not guarantee same day deliveries, but give us a call at +6012-8072131 and we’ll see what we can do for you!

(4) Will you deliver to an area outside your specified areas?

At the moment, we do not due to the high delivery cost for you :( But if you have a particularly large order, you can Contact Us here and we’ll see what we can do for you. 

(5) Can you deliver my order at a specific time?

We would love to! But we cannot guarantee this because our delivery team may have to deliver a number of other orders too. We will do our best to deliver your order as close to your preferred time as possible. Please indicate this in the message box at the Checkout page.

(6) Can I change the date of delivery?

Yes, you can as long as we haven’t despatched your order! Call us at +012-8072131 to change the date.

(8) What if the recipient is not there to accept delivery?

We strongly advise that you arrange for someone to accept delivery of the order (the recipient’s friend/colleague perhaps?). If delivery is unsuccessful on the 1st attempt, an additional fee will be applicable for a 2nd attempt. Your order will be deemed cancelled if the order is not accepted by the 2nd attempt and no refund will be given to you.

Please note that our last delivery goes out at 5pm daily. If the 1st attempt is made at this time and is unsuccessful, the 2nd attempt will only be made the following day. Please bear in mind that If you have ordered our helium filled balloons / flowers, they may not last till the following day.

(9) Will you deliver my order directly to the recipient or will they need to meet you at your vehicle?

We can do either! This is entirely up to you :)

(10) Do you have fixed hours for delivery?

Yes! We only deliver between 10am and 6pm daily.

For deliveries outside these times, an additional fee will apply. Contact Us here to arrange for this.

(11) Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but we have a no refund policy.



PAYMENT

(1) How do I make payment?

Payment for orders made on The Shop can be made through eGHL’s online payment portal or bank transfer.

(2) Do you accept cash on delivery?

No. All orders and payments made via The Shop must be paid through eGHL’s payment portal or via bank transfer in order for your order to be processed.

(3) Can I pay a deposit now and the balance upon delivery?

Alternative payment arrangements where part-payments are accepted are only for large and customized orders made with us directly. If you would like to place a large/customized order for your event, kindly contact us here.

(4) I didn’t receive my order, can I get a refund?

Drop us a message and include your name & order number and we will contact you personally. If you don't hear from us within 30 minutes, call us immediately.

(5) My balloons burst, can I get a refund?

We have a strict no refund policy. If a balloon bursts before we hand over the balloons to you, we guarantee that they will be replaced at no cost to you. However, once delivery is made, any burst balloons are not replaceable and are non-refundable. Kindly refer to our FAQs on our balloons for tips on the best balloon care methods. If you’ve followed all our tips but your balloons still burst, please let us know about it via e-mail. So sorry that our fineprint say no refund. If you are dissatisfy with our products drop us an email, we would like to hear from you.


BALLOONS

(1) How long can the balloons float?

Generally, our 12” latex balloons have a float time of about 6-8 hours, our 36” premium latex balloons about 1-3 days and our foil balloons, up to a week. We do not guarantee these float times as they are highly dependent on the temperature and humidity levels of the environment they are kept in. To ensure your balloons’ maximum float time, keep them in a cool and dry environment at all times.

(2) Is it safe to drive with balloons in my car?

Balloons may be a distraction / block your view of the rear of your car and this may result in road accidents. We strongly advise that you use our delivery service to transport balloons as our delivery team are skilled in transporting them. It is a hard question to answer. The most logical and obvious answer is no but well we’ll leave it up to your discretion.

(3) How big are your balloons?

All our balloon sizes are found in the product description section. This is helpful when you need to gauge whether our balloons can fit in your car should you decide to pick up your order from us.

(4) Can I reuse my balloon?

Latex balloons cannot be reused. However, if looked after with care, foil balloons may be reused many times. Our foil balloons have a special valve that can be easily topped up with helium,  Just let us know if you’d like a foil balloon to be refilled!

(5) Can these balloons burst?

Oh yes of course! Be careful of sharp objects, rugged/uneven wall surfaces, fans and hot objects. We also advise that your balloons are kept indoors where it is cool and dry. 

(6) Will I get a replacement for a burst balloon?

Unfortunately not. Unless the balloon burst before it was handed to you.

(7) Is helium gas safe to inhale?

No. Helium gas is NOT SAFE to inhale. Inhaling pure helium deprives your body of oxygen and may cause loss of consciousness and even death.

(8) Is helium gas flammable?

Helium gas is non-flammable.

(9) Can you fill the balloons with air instead of helium? Will I get a discount?

Yes, we can fill the balloons with air instead of helium. Just leave a note in the message box at the Checkout Page. The price remains the same.

(10) Can I place my balloons outdoors?

Balloons are sensitive to temperature and humidity and are best stored indoors in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Balloons placed outdoors in our climate will have a very short lifespan of up to 1-2hours.


FLOWERS

(1) What type of flowers will I get?

Each arrangement is made with an assortment of premium flowers that goes with a suggested colour palette and looks the prettiest in their season. And because we believe in personalization, we may add in little elements of surprise so that each arrangement is unique.

(2) How do I keep my flowers fresh?

Fresh flowers can last for more a couple of days if the right steps are taken. Trim the stems at an angle and remove any leaves that may get submerged in the water. Keep the flowers in a cool place and change the water daily to keep it clean. Re-trim the stems every two days and snip off dying flowers as they begin to wilt to maintain healthy blooms.

(3) Why do my flowers look different from the webshop photo?

Our bouquets are uniquely krafted and made to order so that no two bouquets are the same. The photos are actual arrangements of previous bouquets that we arranged and delivered to real customers like you.

(4) What happens if nobody is home to receive the flowers?

CUSTOMISATION


BALLOONS

(1) Can I change the colours of the handmade tassels?

Yes, you can. Just leave a message in the Customization box provided on the product page. We will not guarantee the availability of the colours requested but we will try to use closest option available. (2) Can I choose the colour of my message on the balloon?

You can specify your preferred colour text: Metallic Gold, Matte Gold, Silver, Light Grey, Dark Grey, White, Black (colours are subject to availability. Drop us a message to check on the availability of other colours)

(3) Can I choose the colour of the bow at the neck of the 36” latex balloon?

Let us know in the customisation box! Or you can drop us a message at Checkout.

(4) Can I choose the colours of the balloon ribbons?

We will choose what is best to suit your balloon colour but if you’d like a particular colour, have other ideas let us know.

(5) Can you help me arrange the balloons at my venue?

Yes, we can do this for a minimal fee. Just leave a message in the box provided at the Checkout Page and one of our Whichkrafters will get back to you. We usually pumped up the balloons and deliver them to you inflated but if you want us to pump up balloons at the venue, setup fee applies.


FLOWERS

(1) Can you make a smaller bouquet than the Mini Mob?

A smaller bouquet will be subject to stock availability of flowers. If you want to customize a smaller bouquet, kindly drop us an email at hello@whichkraftprojekt.com.

(2) Can I pick the blooms I want?

Let us know your preferred flowers in the Customization box and we’ll do our best to accommodate but just like every other living thing, flowers have seasons when they bloom the prettiest, so if it’s not the season for your preferred blooms at that given time, we will pick the next best option.

(3) Can I choose the colours?

If you have a colour preference, you can drop us a message at the Customization box and we’ll do our best to curate the flowers that work with the preferred colour theme.
